Morgan Hill Cellars is a bonded wine wherehouse and contract facility for wine production including: custom crush, custom bottling and labeling, bulk wine storage, and bottled wine storage. The Morgan Hill Cellars production lines (3) in full operation can produce approximately 200,000 cases per shift per year. With this kind of production there is never a shortage of wine for our tasting room. |

There are three production lines at Morgan Hill Cellars, one for 1.5 to 4 liter bottles, one for 1.5 liter bottles and smaller, and a Bag-in-Box line that is currently set for 3 liter bags. |
